We have a current opening for a Project Administrator/Engineer at our Oakland Airport jobsite.

Position Description:
The Project Administrator/Engineer will work closely in support of our Project Manager on jobs in the Bay Area, including San Francisco International Airport, Oakland Airport, Palo Alto Airport, and Moffet Field.  The Administrator will be instrumental in aiding in all aspects of the project lifecycle.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Manager(s)
  • Assist with Request for Information (RFI) documentation, As Builts, Quantity Tracking and Verification, Quotes, and Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Assist with submittal preparation, document tracking and scanning, requirements relative to DMV and insurance


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Understanding of entire construction process from design through project close-out including bid analysis, budgeting, writing scopes of work, document interpretation, design-build and negotiated projects
  • Ability to prioritize, complete tasks, and address issues in a timely manner
  • Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and Autodesk Software preferred
  • Ability to work with a team and independently
  • Possess excellent written and verbal skills


Special Considerations:
  • Must be able to pass a background check for badging purposes for entry onto airfield(s)
  • Must be eligible to drive a company vehicle
  • Reporting locations may vary between jobsite locations
