We have a current opening for a Mechanic.

Position Description:
The mechanic’s home base will be our South Sacramento shop.  Additionally, this position will also be required to travel to perform services and repairs out in the field.  Responsibilities include servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding of major components on vehicles and equipment.  The mechanic ensures accurate diagnosis and effective repair and/or replacement of components.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a mechanic working on construction equipment and trucks.
  • Must have valid Class C driver’s license with clean DMV.
  • Experience and skill in operating tools equipment, parts and procedures utilized during the repair and services of vehicles and equipment.
  • Ability to diagnose defects in and repair a variety of equipment and vehicles.
  • Experience with welding a plus, but not required.
